1. Refund Eligibility
Monthly Subscriptions
Due to the digital nature of the service, monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable. If you forget to cancel before your renewal date, we cannot issue a refund for that month.
Annual Subscriptions
For annual subscriptions, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the initial date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with Contextra within the first 14 days of your annual plan, you may request a full refund. After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.
Service Disruptions
If Contextra experiences significant, prolonged downtime or technical issues that prevent you from using the service as intended, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a prorated refund or service credit.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under the eligible conditions outlined above, please contact our support team at support@contextra.xyz.
Please include your account email address, the date of purchase, and the reason for your refund request. We will review your request and process eligible refunds within 5-7 business days.
3. Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment used for the purchase. Depending on your financial institution, it may take several days for the funds to appear on your statement.
